Album in-4 à l’italienne, reliure en cuir de Russie noir, plats encadrés d’un filet doré, initiales 'J.K.' sur le premier plat, dos lisse à faux-nerfs soulignés de filets dorés. L'album contient 125 tirages argentiques d'époque et 7 héliogravures de formats divers contrecollés sur planches d'album dont trois reproductions photographiques de tablaux de Keringer. 25 tirages titrés au crayon d'une main inconnue.

Condition

This astonishing album is in excellent general condition. The binding shows slightly worn corners and edges. The cards are slightly yellowed at the edges. The prints are generally in excellent condition, very rich, a few ferrotyped; with occasional silvering, one print detached from its card. With very light foxing on the first and last pages. Towards the end, the album also comprises 9 silver prints depicting exotic landscapes.
