Condition
The three panels are flat and secure, the hinges and clasp are all functioning and in fair condition. Overall in good condition. The painted surfaces are stable, the varnish only very marginally discoloured. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals that the panels have been unevenly cleaned and that the varnish is somewhat patchy. There are some scattered retouchings and areas of localised strenghtenings throughout the painted surfaces, particularly in the darker tones and in the faces of the wing figures, but no major damages are visible.
