Condition

Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Minor marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, small chips, and cracks consistent with age and use. Shallow chips on the underside. Old chips to ledge on underside of lid. Very fine medium brown patina with encrustation. The interior with remains of red pigment and old insect casings. The underside with a small patch of adhesive and remains of an old label.
