folio (305 x 213mm.), large woodcut on title-page depicting Albohazen under the signs of the zodiac and personifications of Astronomia and Urania, woodcut printer's device on title-page and at end, woodcut initials and diagram, later carta rustica, early annotations, title-page supplied from another copy (possibly in facsimile), wormholes in gutter of first two quires with some dampstaining, small tear in gutter of V4, small wormhole at the foot of the last eight leaves, last leaf repaired in gutter
