4to (165 x 116mm.), printed in red and black, woodcut printer's device on title-page, woodcut and lombard initials, printed music (some staves blank), full-page woodcut for the Canon of the Mass, small woodcut at start of the Communio sanctorum, early nineteenth-century purple straight-grained morocco over (original?) wooden boards, spine lettered in gilt, bibliographical notes in pencil by Mendham at beginning, occasional light damp-staining, a few headlines shaved, extremities slightly rubbed
