4to (197 x 144mm.), printed in red and black throughout, Kerver's large woodcut device on title-page and final verso, woodcut initials, typeset music, q1-4 (containing the canon of the Mass) printed on vellum with two full-page woodcuts, eighteenth-century calf with gilt fillet border, later morocco lettering-piece, pencil notes by Mendham opposite title, lacking r4 (blank?), small repair to foredge of title-page and last two leaves, p3-6 and G3-6 misbound, calf almost completely delaminated, joints weak, edges rubbed
