2 parts in one volume, folio (316 x 205mm.), large woodcut illustration on title-page, woodcut initials, headpieces and illustrations, 10 illustrations with volvelles, woodcut printer's device on final verso (otherwise blank), contemporary limp vellum, lacking 5 volvelles, h1-2 torn and repaired at foot, i2-3 slightly torn at foredge, light foxing towards end, binding slightly soiled
