Condition
Unexamined out of frame.
The sheet does not appear fully laid down, but is at least partially adhered to a backing support.
There are pin holes in the bottom corners, with further signs of abrasion in the top and bottom left corners, perhaps from a previous adhesive tape of sorts.
There ar e few old, minor handling marks and very light creases visible to the sheet, the most prominent of which runs diagonally for c.12cm. through the bottom right hand quadrant. Elsewhere there are some signs of very light rubbing to the gouache, most noticeable in the blue upper right. This excepting the work appears in very good overall condition, with strong, vivid colours throughout.
Housed behind glass in a white frame, float-mounted against a white background. Unexamined out of frame.
