Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The sheet appears adhered to a backing support with very minor, old, slight scuffing to the extreme tips of the corners, visible upon extremely close inspection. There is a tiny scuff to the cheek of the central figure, and further areas of heavily worked pencil, in keeping with the nature of the Artist's techniques. There is a small spot of studio detritus in the upper right hand quadrant, but this excepting the work appears in very good overall condition, with strong, fresh passages of pencil throughout. Housed behind glass in a thin gilt wooden frame, float-mounted within a cream card mount. Unexamined out of frame.
