Condition
Original canvas.
The artist has used a very thick, textured impasto, which has resulted in a couple of scattered, isolated traces of tiny loss to one or two of the raised tips, with further traces of studio detritus and surface dust visible upon extremely close inspection. There is very slight flattening to some of the raised tips of impasto, and a small spot of craquelure to the top of the extreme left hand edge, where the canvas folds over the stretcher, only visible upon extremely close inspection. This excepting the work appears in excellent overall condition.
