Condition
The work is in good condition overall, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. There is evidence of light wear and handling around the edges of the painting, but the paint layers are healthy and well-preserved. Examination under ultraviolet light shows specks of minor retouching sparsely sprinkled on the background, below the elbow of the right figure, and near the sarong area of the left figure. However, this is not visible with the naked eyes. Framed.
