Melli worked with Scuola romana, a 20th-century art movement in Rome.

Condition

Condition Report: The painting is in good overall condition, as viewed. There is some minor scattered foxing and stains, particularly on the left side of the painting and towards the upper edge of the work, along with four pin holes in the corners. Three minor losses in the paper have been restored. The artwork is unframed.
