The illustration is slightly too bright: the gilding is actually less shiny and the velvet looks less purple in reality. Large and impressive model with a beautiful carving. As said in the catalogue, the gilding has been retouched. Structure is solid, reinforced by wooden blocks under the seat rails. Cover in excellent condition.
