Condition
The illustration is accurate. Good overall condition despite the usual minor scratches and marks due to age and handling. All constructions are firm and sound.
Each seatrail is reinforced with two additional wooden blocks which are only visible when you flip a chair. A small restoration on two seatrails, these restoration are only visible to close examination. A few traces of old woodworm.
The chairs were previously painted and the wood has been stripped off and the patinated. The patina is slightly sunfaded and it would need wax.
Ideal pieces for a small dining room.
