Condition
Each signed Christian Dior, made in France, each leather lined in corresponding colors. STRAW COLOR LINEN BAG: With a spiraled wreath motif clasp signed Schlumberger, a small amount of discoloration to the texturing of the gold. Fitted with two large interior pockets and a zippered compartment, additionally with 6 accessory compartments. Expandable depth from approximately 1 1/2 inches to 5 inches. CREAM AND BLACK BAG: Of a creamy canvas accented with black leather. With Mrs. Mellon's monogram. Purse handle hinges are stamped with French assay marks and maker's mark. Some discoloration to the gold thereon. In excellent condition. Fitted with two large pockets, one with a zippered compartment, and an interior clip clasp pocket, additionally with 7 accessory compartments. Approximately 3 1/2 inches depth. INDIGO LINEN BAG: The bag is a deeper blue than is pictured in the printed catalogue. Fitted with a lapis lazuli bow motif clasp signed Schlumberger. Lined with navy leather, with a center zippered pocket fitted with a gold ropetwist pull. With 3 large interior pockets, additionally with 6 accessory compartments. Expands in depth from approximately 1 1/2 inches to 5 inches. Handle drop 6 inches on each of the bags.
