Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. The extreme edges of the canvas show some wear caused from the frame with some minor associated pigment losses. There is a faint, unobtrusive diagonal hairline scratch in the pigment in the upper left. There are a few faint surface scuffs and a very minor area of fine pigment separation in the figure's hair. Under Ultraviolet light there is no evidence of inpainting. Framed.
