Condition
This print is in very good condition. The corners slightly worn, with a tiny loss of the gelatin layer at the right edge near the centre and near the upper left corner with a few random light creases visible in raking light only.

Catalogue Note
Man Ray made portraits of many of the English and American writers working in Paris and London in the interwar years. T.S. Eliot worked for the London publishers Faber & Faber and Man Ray photographed him at his office on 23 January 1935.
