Ruby and diamond cuff, Buccellati

Of hinged design, composed of brushed gold decorated with three radiating floral motifs set with oval rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 165mm, signed M. Buccellati, Italian assay mark, fitted case stamped Buccellati.

Rubies calculated to weigh a total of approximately 7.00 - 8.00 carats, of medium strong saturation, well matched in colour, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, few abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 3.00 carats, bright and lively. Little sign of wear to the metal consistent with very light use. In excellent condition. Gross weight approximately 79 grams. Case stamped Mario Buccellati, dal 1919.
