The circular-cut ruby weighing 3.51 carats, set within a frame of circular-cut diamonds, size 52, Italian assay marks.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains rubies of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices. Accompanied by SSEF duplicate test report no. 78782, duplicate of report no. 52245, the original dated 4 September 2008, stating that the ruby weighing approximately 3.3 carats, measuring approximately 8.30 - 8.70 x 5.45mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped with Italian assay marks for 18 carat gold. The ruby of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions and very few abrasions; for further information on the ruby please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds weighing a total of less than approximately 2.00 carats, H - I colour, VS - SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
