Comprising: a necklace, a bracelet, a pair of ear clips and a ring, the necklace and ear clips suspending a fringe of oval and pear-shaped rubies, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, the bracelet and the ring set with similarly cut stones, necklace length approximately 320mm, bracelet 170mm, ring size 51, sizing band, each signed M. Gérard, numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 14030274, stating that the eight oval rubies in the ear clips, measuring from approximately 7.4 x 5.2 x 2.6 mm to approximately 8.0 x 6.7 x 4.0 mm, are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 14030275, stating that the oval ruby on the ring, measures approximately 9.3 x 7.3 x 4.0 mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 14030276, stating that the eight oval rubies on the bracelet, measuring from approximately 6.1 x 5.0 x 4.1 mm to approximately 8.9 x 6.5 x 3.7 mm, are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 14030277, stating that the 29 oval, cushion- and pear-shaped rubies on the necklace, measuring from approximately 6.1 x 6.0 x 4.3 mm to 10.74 x 6.6 x 4.0 mm, are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Signed M. Gerard on all pieces, all with maker's marks, necklace numbered 3083, bracelet 3084, ear clips 3085, number on ring may be covered by sizing band. All pieces stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat yellow gold. Rubies well matched in colour, of medium strong saturation, on average of good transparency, with typical crystal inclusions, few scratches and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 82.00 - 87.00 carats, on average of G-H colour and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Clasps secure, with safety bolts. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, ring mount exhibits minor tarnishing. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 185 grams.
