The oval pink sapphire weighing 22.42 carats, set within a cluster of brilliant-cut diamonds, the shoulders similarly set, size 521/2.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 72263, stating that the 22.42 carat pink sapphire, measuring 18.71 x 14.80 x 9.64 mm, is of East African origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped 750 and 18K for 18 carat yellow gold. For further information on the sapphire, please refer to the report; very good transparency, well saturated, with some typical crystal inclusions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 6.50 - 7.50 carats, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, light scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 20 grams.
