Description

  • Aquamarine, diamond, gold and platinum
Comprising: a clip set at the centre with a step-cut aquamarine, within a border of rock crystal and single-cut diamonds, detachable pendant fitting, signed Gübelin, maker's marks; a ring and a pair of ear clips each set with a step-cut aquamarine and single-cut and baguette diamonds, maker's marks; and a similarly set bracelet, length approximately 200mm.

Condition

Brooch/pendant signed Gübelin; brooch/pendant, ear clips and ring with maker's marks for Gübelin. Brooch/pendant stamped 950-PT for platinum and OR 750 for 18 carat gold, ear clips stamped Palladium. Aquamarine in brooch/pendant estimated to measure approximately 26.0 x 22.0 x 13.5 mm, estimated to weigh approximately 51.50 carat; aquamarine in ring estimated to measure approximately 22.1 x 16.6 x 10.9 mm estimated to weigh approximately 27.50 carat; aquamarines on ear clips estimated to weigh approximately 6.80 carat and 6.40 carat respectively; largest aquamarine estimated to weigh approximately 4.60 carat; all aquamarines well matched in colour, clean to the naked eye, little scratches and nicks. Rock crystal on brooch in good condition, few scratches and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Clasp secure on bracelet, safety catch; pendant fitting on brooch detachable. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 117 grams.
