Each of scroll design, composed of carved chalcedony inset with a circular-cut sapphire and single-cut and rose diamonds, French assay and maker's marks for Groëné & Darde.

Condition

Both clips stamped with maker's marks. Both stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Sapphires well matched in colour, of medium strong saturation, some nicks and abrasions, stated to weigh a total of 1.54 carats. Diamonds bright and lively, stated to weigh a total of 0.19 carats. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
