Description
Collet-set with a step-cut emerald, highlighted to either side with brilliant-cut diamonds, Swedish assay and maker's marks, size 52, the revolving emerald and shank with two holes at the back allow the ring to be worn with a chain as a pendant.
Condition
Swedish maker's mark BJL, mark for Stockholm, date stamp P11 for manufacture in 2013. Stamped 18K and 750 for 18 carat gold. Front element including collet-set emerald and diamond shoulders may be rotated a full 360 degrees. When rotated 90 degrees from the position when it is worn as a ring, it may be worn in a 'flat' position as a pendant by passing a chain through the two holes at the back of shank/band. Emerald measuring approximately 10.60 x 8.90 x 6.40 mm and calculated to weigh approximately 4.00 carats, as gauged in collet-set mounting. Of medium strong saturation with typical crystal inclusions, some surface reaching. Side diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to metal consistent with light use. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 21 grams.
