Emerald and diamond ring

Set with a step-cut emerald stated to weigh 9.77 carats, between a pair of shield-shaped diamond shoulders, size 53, French assay mark.  

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 60657, stating that the 9.77 carat emerald, measuring approximately 16.50 x 12.10 x 6.50 mm, is of Colombian origin with a minor amount of oil in fissures. Accompanied by GIA report no. 1146690300, stating that the 0.81 carat modified shield step cut diamond, measuring 6.93 x 7.76 x 2.28 mm, is of G Colour, SI1 Clarity. Accompanied by GIA report no. no. 6147691591, stating that the 0.80 carat modified shield step cut diamond, measuring 6.85 x 7.51 x 2.10 mm, is of E Colour, VS2 Clarity. Engraved E. 9.77, referring to the weight of the emerald and D. 1.61, referring to the total weight of the diamonds. Stamped with French assay mark and OR 750 for 18 carat yellow gold. Emerald of medium strong saturation, with typical crystal inclusions, few surface reaching, few scratches and nicks; for further information please refer to the SSEF report. For further information on the diamonds please refer to the GIA reports. Signs of little to normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 7 grams.
