Centering two natural pearls of purple-brown hue measuring approximately 7.5 to 7.4 mm and 7.4 to 7.3 mm, within scrollwork frames highlighted with green enamel, accented by old European-cut diamonds of light-brownish to light-yellowish hue and old European near colorless diamonds, further set with square-cut emeralds, size 6¾; circa 1900.
Condition
In good condition with light nicking and scratching to the gold. The pearls are a slightly taupe-ish shade of medium gray with strong green overtones and subtle overtones of blue, pink and purple. Near round with minor wrinkling and scratching to the skins but presenting an overall high luster. The translucent green enamel remains intact with small bubbles seen under 10x magnification. The emeralds are medium green and moderately included with some surface-reaching inclusions. The two largest colored diamonds are approximately Fancy Yellow-Brown, SI clarity. The smaller colored diamonds are approximately light yellow and VS-SI clarity. The near colorless diamonds present a light brownish tint and are approximately VS-SI clarity. Please note none of the diamonds have been tested for natural color of origin. Accompanied by GIA report no. 16858711 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater.
