The multi-strand necklace composed of numerous lapis lazuli beads measuring approximately 3.6 mm, spaced at intervals with barrel-shaped links applied with green enamel, accented by round diamonds weighing approximately 14.80 carats, length 52 inches, signed Schlumberger Paris, with French assay and maker's marks. With signed box.
Condition
In fair condition. The opaque lapis lazuli beads display a strong blue color and are fairly well matched, some showing slight mottling, others a slightly greenish discoloration. Yellowish green enamel has sustained chipping and loss visible to the naked eye when worn. Diamonds are approximately G-H color and VS clarity. Hallmarks and workshop marks appear on clasp tongue, signature appears on the male end of the clasp where the beads meet the yellow gold.
