The bib necklace of Indian inspiration, set with numerous spinel cabochons weighing 234.71 carats, accented by oval-shaped emerald cabochons weighing 23.74 carats, spaced by 64 cultured pearls, further set with round diamonds weighing 17.55 carats, length 15 inches, signed Michele della Valle, numbered 1148.

In very good condition. The spinels are a deep slightly brownish red in color and are heavily included, to the point of being translucent. Numerous surface reaching inclusions, fissures and cavities. The emeralds are a medium slightly bluish green color and are heavily included. Pearls are a creamy white color, with good luster and minor to moderate blemishing. Diamonds are approximately F-H color and VVS-VS clarity. Fitted with a safety closure.
