The square-shaped dial with Roman numeral indexes, framed by square and French-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.70 carats, completed by a bracelet composed of numerous seed pearls, the clasp and crown further set with rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately .25 carat, manual movement, internal circumference 6½ inches, the dial signed Cartier, the caseback indistinctly numbered, the clasp numbered 4450, with French assay and workshop marks; circa 1920. With signed and fitted box.
Condition
In good condition overall. Diamonds are approximately F-I color, VVS-SI clarity. The pearls are a creamy silver hue, with good luster and minor blemishing. Manual movement, currently running. Caseback numbered 21704, numbering located at the outside of the back and the inside of the back as well as on the inside of the bezel at the 12 o'clock angle. Movement numbered 24393. Hand engraved on the movement bridge 'European Watch and Clock Co. Inc' '19 Jewels, 8 Adjustments' 'Swiss'. Original dial signed Cartier.
