The rectangular silver bag engraved in a brocade-like pattern, the clasp set with cabochon rubies and sapphires, measuring approximately 3½ by 6 3/8 by 1 inch, gross weight approximately 460 dwts, the interior lined with suede, signed Gianmaria Buccellati. With a black grosgrain carrying case.
Condition
In good condition with the simulated fabric finish remaining crisp. Discoloration to the silver, particularly near the gold overlay, which may be removed by polishing at the owner's discretion. The case is comprised of a thick layer of silver, exhibiting no apparent denting. The medium-deep blue sapphires and medium purplish red rubies are lightly to moderately included, with some abrading to the sapphires and cavities to the rubies seen on close inspection. The beige suede liner to the bottom is in good condition and is removable. The top half is fitted with a mirror, which opens to reveal an additional compartment fitted with a decorative money/note clip. Able to accommodate an iPhone 5. The base with scratch # 21234.
