The multi-strand necklace composed of 83 citrine beads, completed by a clasp centering an oval-shaped citrine weighing approximately 48.25 carats, accented by round diamonds weighing approximately .60 carat and cabochon citrines, length 25 inches, signed della Valle, MdV.

Condition

In very good condition. The citrine beads are medium-light brownish orange with evidence of significant color zoning, ranging in clarity from lightly to moderately included. The faceted citrine clasp and the cabochon citrines are deep brownish orange and eye-clean. The necklace is hefty but lies nicely on the neck when worn. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS clarity.
