The five strands of graduated design, the first strand composed of 104 natural pearls measuring approximately 11.0 to 2.8 mm, the second strand composed of 97 natural pearls measuring approximately 9.4 to 2.8 mm, the third strand composed of 91 natural pearls measuring approximately 9.7 to 2.9 mm, the fourth strand composed of 83 natural pearls measuring approximately 9.1 to 2.9 mm, the fifth strand composed of 85 natural pearls measuring approximately 9.0 to 3.1 mm, completed by a silk cord necklace, length adjustable.
Condition
In very good condition. The pearls have a creamy white, almost golden body color with moderate to strong rose and green overtones. The shape of the pearls range from off-round to round and the luster ranges from fair to excellent. Under magnification some of the pearls exhibit minute to significant pitting, dimpling and blemishing, and some minor peeling but the skins are good overall. Instead of a clasp, the necklace has a cord which can be adjusted to make the necklace shorter or longer. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 75798 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater.
