The case cover set with a mabé pearl framed by round diamonds weighing approximately .15 carat, surrounded by 16 split pearls, completed by a bracelet composed of 57 cultured pearls measuring approximately 4.0 mm, completed by a mabé pearl clasp, length 6½ inches, signed Lucien Picard, numbered 27594, the reverse inscribed. 'To Eydie with love 8-16-57- ∞ Steve.'
Condition
In good condition. The mabé pearl is silvery white with strong rose and green overtones and fair luster due to the wrinkling of the skin. The round to slightly off-round cultured pearls are creamy white with moderate rose and green overtones and fair luster. Some of the bead holes have worn from the metal links and a few of the pearls exhibit minor blemishing. The diamonds are approximately H-I color, VS-SI clarity. The dial is in very good conditionand has been refinished at some point previously. Mechanical movement, currently running. Best fits a small wrist.
