Centering an oval-shaped sapphire weighing 4.53 carats, the mounting accented by baguette and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately .40 carat, size 7¼.

Condition

In good condition, with evidence of wear to the thinned shank. The sapphire is a medium-deep blue, slightly included with a small fingerprint visible under magnification and very light scratching and abrading to the crown. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity. The mounting is delicate and well-made. Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 13075052 stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 47553 stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating.
