18 Karat Gold, Platinum, Turquoise and Diamond Necklace, Tiffany & Co., France

Of foliate design, set with 12 oval-shaped turquoise cabochons measuring approximately 16.1 by 10.1 by 8.8 mm to 8.5 by 7.0 by 3.5 mm, accented by 24 round turquoise cabochons measuring approximately 8.8 by 5.3 mm to 7.0 by 4.7 mm, accented by numerous round and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 7.00 carats, gross weight approximately 93 dwts, internal circumference 14½ inches, signed Tiffany & Co. France, with French assay marks.

In good condition with gentle surface wear. The tips of the gold leaves are connected to neighboring links by means of small gold wires on the reverse; 6 of these connectors are no longer present but this does not affect the appearance of the necklace. The turquoise is a medium-light very slightly greenish blue presenting an even coloration to the front and visible matrix to the reverse. The largest diamond is approximately .90 carat and approximately I-J color, VS2-SI1 clarity. The balance of the diamonds is approximately G-I color, VS clarity. The clasp's tongue stamped J.W. within a rectangle.
