The row of scottie dogs completed by a clasp in the form of a dog bone, set with round diamonds weighing 5.00 carats, accented by black spinels weighing 7.71 carats, the dogs' collars in the form of bows set with variously-shaped cabochon rubies weighing 4.40 carats, length 7¾ inches, signed MdV, numbered 140734.
Condition
In good condition. The near colorless diamonds are approximately G-I color, VVS-VS clarity. The black spinels are decorative in quality. The cabochon rubies in the bows are a medium-deep purple-red, slightly to moderately included with some abrading to the surfaces on a few of the central stones. Whimsical and well-made.
