The fluted gold bangle-bracelet of hinged design, the terminals centering two oval-shaped turquoise cabochons measuring approximately 20.8 by 12.8 mm and 19.2 by 12.3 mm, framed by round diamonds weighing approximately 9.00 carats, further accented by 14 oval-shaped sapphires, gross weight approximately 53 dwts, internal circumference 6½ inches, signed David Webb.
Condition
In good condition, with some discoloration to the gold on the inside of the bangle. The turquoises are a medium greenish blue with some evident matrix to the underside. The sapphires are a medium slightly violetish blue, lightly to moderately included with several exhibiting surface reaching fractures that do not threaten the integrity of the stones. The diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity.
