Centering an oval-shaped color-change sapphire weighing 40.62 carats, framed by 20 demantoid garnets weighing approximately 3.27 carats, further accented by numerous round diamonds weighing 2.97 carats, size 6, unsigned.

In good condition. The sapphire is a medium blue under daylight and a medium bluish violet under incandescent light, lightly included. The lively demantoid garnets are a medium deep slightly yellowish green, lightly included with some examples showing minor abrading to the facet junctions. The diamonds are approximately H-I color, VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by GIA report no. 2105435320 stating that the sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating.
