The necklace centering an emerald-cut emerald weighing approximately 17.50 carats, supported by a collar of geometric design set with numerous round diamonds weighing approximately 38.00 carats, internal circumference 14¾ inches, with French maker's mark; together with earclips of similar design, set with two emerald-cut emeralds weighing approximately 6.05 and 5.40 carats, accented by round diamonds weighing approximately 5.00 carats, with French maker's mark; total gross weight approximately 80 dwts.
Condition
In good condition. NECKLACE: Emerald is medium slightly bluish green, moderately included and transparent. Diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity. French maker's mark on tongue of clasp is an S and a G bisected by a sun. Fitted with a safety closure. EARCLIPS: emeralds are medium deep green, moderately included with some surface reaching inclusions. Diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity. French maker's mark on back of clip. One clip has an E scratched on the base of the clip.
