Ruby and diamond ring

Claw-set with an oval ruby stated to weigh 9.31 carats, between triangular diamond shoulders, size 51, French assay mark.

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Stamped with French assay mark and OR 750 for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Engraved 9.31 referring to the weight of the ruby and B. 1.27 referring to the total weight of the triangular diamonds. Ruby of medium saturation, with typical inclusions, few surface reaching, few nicks and scratches. Diamonds on average G-H colour and SI clarity. Signs of little wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
