The cushion-shaped ruby weighing 14.45 carats, mounted within a surround of demi-lune and brilliant-cut diamonds, the shoulders similarly set, size 52.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 74970 and Gübelin report no. 13120010, each stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Also accompanied by AGL report no. CS 52906, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped OR 750 for 18 carat gold and PT 950 for platinum. Ruby with typical surface reaching inclusions, few nicks, scratches and abrasions; for further information please refer to the reports. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of little wear to the metal, few scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 9 grams.
