Description
- Natural pearl, diamond, metal
Designed as a graduated row of natural pearls measuring from approximately 4.05 to 8.65mm, together with two pearls cultured, the clasp set with step-cut and shield-shaped diamonds, length approximately 495mm.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 76965, stating that seventy-four pearls, round to roundish and oval, were found to be natural, saltwater, and two were found to be cultured (Nos. 17 and 61 from the clasp).
Clasp stamped OR for gold. Pearls of slightly cream to cream body colour, partly with rosé and green overtones, with good lustre, few blemishes, little pitting, one pearl with peeling nacre. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 - 2.50 carats, on average G-H colour and VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Clasp secure and may be fitted with a second row of pearls; safety chain. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 26 grams.
