Set with an oval ruby weighing 9.19 carats, within a mount of scroll design set with brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 71846, stating that the oval ruby weighing 9.19 carats and measuring 12.60 x 9.98 x 8.47 mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, mounted in white gold. Ruby purplish red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, minor abrasions and nicks; for further details on the stone, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.50 - 5.00 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Little signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 20 grams.
