Set with a cabochon cat's eye alexandrite weighing 51.87 carats, between tapered baguette diamonds, size 53.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 82546, stating that the cabochon alexandrite weighing approximately 50 carats and measuring approximately 20.40 x 18.30 x 14.10mm, is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of any treatment, with a moderate colour change and a distinct cat's eye effect.
Also accompanied by International Diamond Laboratory certificate no. B-8664, mentioning the weight of 51.87 carats.
Stamped PM 900. Inscribed 51.876 referring to the weight of the alexandrite, and .495, referring to the total carat weight of the diamonds. Alexandrite green under daylight, to greenish brown under incandescent light, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching; for further details on the stone, please refer to the gemmological reports. Side diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In very good condition.
