Condition
The following condition report has been prepared by Stuart Sanderson (Paintings Conservation) 69 Rylett Crescent, London W12 9RP.
The painting is unvarnished with a very dry surface. The paint although fragile is sound.
Ultra-violet lamp shows some filled losses in the centre right sky, a filled loss and retouched scuff in the bottom left corner. There are a few very minor scattered retouchings elsewhere.
