Original canvas.
There is a tiny, single line of craquleure to the centre of the right hand edge, with a further line of fine craquelure to the hills upper right and one or two further fine lines appearing elsewhere and further very minor traces of reticulation to the black pigment in the centre of the composition, only visible upon very close inspection. This excepting the work appears in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
Housed in a thick wooden frame.
