Condition

The sheet is not laid down, but is adhered to a card mount via strips along the extreme edge. The sheets is unevenly cut, most probably a page torn from a sketchbook, with further signs of light handling and very slight cockling in the lower left corner. There is very minor possible staining to the sheet, most visible in the unpainted areas, with further very minor, slight creases to the top right quadrant. In the upper left quadrant there are a few spots of paper residue in line with some studio detritus, but this excepting the work appears in good overall condition. Housed behind glass in a thin gilt frame, set within a green linen-textured mount. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
