Condition

The sheet is fully laid down to a backing card, with one or two very slight minor handling marks to the extreme edges, and a trace of glue residue in the top right corner, not visible in the present mount. There are some minor signs of light studio detritus visible upon very close inspection, with very minor traces of craquelure visible to a few spots in the black and brown pigment, but this excepting the work appears in very good overall condition, with strong, fresh colours throughout. Housed behind glass in a gilt wooden frame, set within a grey card mount. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
