- Full-length portrait of a gentleman in the robes of the Order of the Garter
- Height of frame: 9 feet
Width of frame: 6 feet - oil on canvas
- 95 3/4 by 59 1/2 in.; 243.2 by 151.1 cm.
Condition
Oil on canvas with a new lining. The picture surface has areas of flattened impasto and thick craquelure throughout. There are abrasions at all 4 edges. There is a 4 inch scratch at the lower center edge and a bump at the subject's proper right shoulder.
OVERSIZE: Not looked at under UV light.
