the frieze fitted with four drawers, alternating with four triangular hinged drawers, two of which are fitted with compartments for writing implements.

Condition

Overall in good condition. The leather lining to the top is probably not original, nevertheless has good age and is in good condition with a lovely surface and very fine graining to leather. Brass nobs to drawers are later, some small nicks and wear to edges of top. The legs with some minor nicks, scuffs.
